At GCM — Global Copper Manufacturing — quality is not a department or a checklist. It is the underlying principle that governs every decision, from the sourcing of raw cathode copper to the moment a coil leaves our facility. Our quality management system is structured around internationally recognised standards, anchored by ISO 9001 certification, and continuously refined through lean manufacturing discipline and data-driven process control.

We operate a fully equipped on-site metallurgical laboratory where every production lot is subject to dimensional, mechanical, and chemical analysis before it is released. Our tubes and fittings are tested to ASTM, EN, and ISO specifications ensuring they meet the exact requirements of HVAC&R, plumbing, industrial, and medical gas applications. Raw Material Control

We source only Grade-A electrolytic copper cathode meeting a minimum purity of 99.9% Cu. Every incoming shipment is verified by independent chemical analysis before entering our production flow.

Production Precision

Our continuous tube-drawing and annealing lines are calibrated to deliver tight dimensional tolerances across every diameter and wall thickness. Advanced CNC tooling and automated gauging monitor output in real time.

Testing & Validation

Each production lot passes a rigorous sequence of destructive and non-destructive tests conducted in our on-site laboratory. All test results are archived and available in our quality documentation packages.

  • 100% hydrostatic pressure test on finished tubes
  • Eddy-current non-destructive testing for surface defects
  • Tensile strength and elongation tests per ASTM / EN
  • Full chemical spectrographic analysis per batch
